Returns or refunds
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to upostage charge (the original cost of our shipping/posting goods out to you.) In the event that you receive goods that are damaged or are faulty, we will refund the total amount of your order including the shipping/postage originally charged.
When mailing your return please obtain a proof, a ‘Certificate of posting’ freely given on request at all post offices. Please note we cannot pay for any postage costs.
We cannot accept returns of opened items, items returned more than 14 days after delivery, items that are not in their original packaging or custom-made items (that are not defective).
To return an item(s), please contact us for a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA). Without this number, we are not able to process your returned item(s). |
